An educational puzzle comprises a plurality of interengagable pieces (30, 31, 32). Each of the pieces in outline resembles a different identifiable object, such as an animal. When in assembled form, the pieces in outline resemble another identifiable object, such as Noah's Ark. In an alternative embodiment, the puzzle pieces (43) are provided with numbers thereon, the size of the piece being proportional to the number it carries. Each of the numbered pieces (43) has a corresponding piece (42) representing a number of objects thereon corresponding to the number on the numbered piece and being engageable with the numbered piece. The pieces of the puzzle can also be stacked on top of each other to form two more layers of pieces. |
