PURPOSE:To obtain a pipe body, from which an impurity such as noxious metallic ions, TOC is not eluted even if brought into contact with a high-temperature liquid and which has sufficient strength, by forming an inner pipe of a perfluoroalkoxy resin and shaping an outer pipe of a thermoplastic resin capable of being unified with a resin socket for a joint through heat fusion. CONSTITUTION:An inner pipe 1 is formed of a perfluoroalkoxy(PFA) resin, and an outer pipe 2 reinforces the inner pipe 1. The outer pipe is shaped of a thermoplastic resin such as polyvinyl chloride(PVC), polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF), polybutene(PB), polyethylene(PE), polypropylene(PP), polyphenylene sulfate, etc. The inner pipe of double pipes to be joined is projected slightly from the outer pipe, oppositely faced both projecting pipe sections are pushed and unified under a heated and melted state, and the outer surfaces of the end sections of the outer pipes and the inner surface of a split type resin socket 5 for a joint crossed between the end sections of the outer pipes are contact- bonded and unified under the heated and melted state. |
