<p>PURPOSE:To prevent variation of a resistance value and a lowering of accuracy after correction by impressing a 1st glass paste on a resistor and drying it to perform trimming of resistance from an upper part of the dried paste, and after that, by printing, drying and burning a 2nd glass paste. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 3 is formed by printing, drying, and burning a resistance paste so that it is placed on top of a part of the upper surface of an electrode 2 at which a conductive paste is printed, dried, and burnt on the upper face of a substrate 1. Then, a 1st glass paste 6 is printed on the resistor 3 and its paste is dried not only by a temperature that is lower than the temperature at which an organic resin in the paste is decomposed but also by a temperature at which a solvent evaporates and its solvent is vaporized sufficiently. Trimming of resistance is performed after forming a notching part 4 by notching both the resistor 3 and the dried paste 7 simultaneously with laser rays and the like from the dried paste 7 that is formed in this way. Then, after printing and drying a 2nd glass paste on the surface of the dried paste 7, burning is performed to form a protecting glass layer 5. Variation of resistance value and a lowering of the accuracy of resistance with the correction of its value are thus prevented.</p> |
