<p>PURPOSE:To surely sort a work without asking for the work before and after nor taking time in a mixed flow production, by performing the classification of the work by the dummy input to the top of the work group in the same kind. CONSTITUTION:In the case of performing the work corresponding to the kind of a work by intermittently feeding the works W in different kinds to the work station where an automatic work device is set up, the work fed into the work station is classified, the work group of other kinds is fed to the work station after the work group of one kind being fed to the work station. In the top of this work group a dummy 3 showing the kind of the work group is input, a transfer reference part same as that of the work W is provided on the dummy 3, the dummy 3 is fed into the work station similar to the work W and in the work station the work corresponding to the kind of the succeeding work W is executed based on the information obtained from the dummy 3.</p> |
