<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently produce the substitutive of the hard tissue of a living body by forming leaves having the same shape as the shape of the respective parts slicing the hard tissue of the living body by using metals, ceramics or high-polymer material, etc., and laminating and joining the leaves. CONSTITUTION:Positioning holes 2, 3 are bored in the leaves 1a having the same shape as the shape of the respective parts formed by slicing the tooth itself and positioning pins 4, 5 are implanted into the positioning holes 2, 3. The positioning holes of the respective leaves 1b, 1c are matched to the above-mentioned pins 4, 5 and a lot of leaves are laminated and jointed. Finally, the positioning holes of the leave 1d of the uppermost part are fitted to the above-mentioned pins 4, 5 to laminate and join the leaves, by which the substitutive for the tooth is completed. The finishing of the peripheral surface is thereafter executed to complete the production of the substitutive. Diffusion joining, adhering, sintering, etc., are used as the method for laminating and joining. The hard tissue of the living body having the intricate three- dimensional shapes is formed by stacking of the simple two-dimensional shapes. The substitutive for the hard tissue of the living body is thus efficiently produced. Since the stages are fewer, the labor is saved and the accurate substitutive is produced in a short period of time.</p> |
