<p>PURPOSE: To enable the use of wax at low temp. and to reduce a molding time and to prevent the formation of an air pocket by providing a manifold valve having an inner vertically adjustable platen performing the on-off operation of a plurality of injection orifices arranged so as to be superposed on cavities and continuously circulating pressurized molten wax between the manifold valve and a storage tank. CONSTITUTION: The injection orifice 76 of a vertically regulable manifold valve 22 receiving the circulative supply of molten wax continuously to inject the wax into a molding cavity is positioned above a plurality of mold cavities 30. A platen 94 occupies a falling position and a cut-off pin 96 is inserted into a hole 86 and a control unit 12 closes a process control valve 24 on a downstream side to close a wax flow channel. At the same time, the platen 94 is raised to open the manifold valve 22 and the cut-off pin 96 is separated and a viscous material is injected into the cavities 30 under pressure. After the completion of injection, the platen 94 falls to insert the cut-off pin 96 and, at the same time, the process control valve 24 is opened to again circulate molten wax.</p> |
