PURPOSE:To decrease the effect of the base current of a 2nd transistor(TR) on a clamp system by making the current of a 2nd current source equal to that of a 3rd current source so as to make the base current of the 2nd TR identical to that of the 3rd TR. CONSTITUTION:A 3rd current source 14 with the same current as a 2nd current source 9 is provided to make the base current of a 2nd TR 8 equal to that of a 3rd TR 13 and the effect of the base current of the 2nd TR 8 onto the clamp system comprising a 1st TR 4, a capacitor 5 and the 1st current source 7 is reduced by supplying the same base current of the 3rd TR to the base of the 2nd TR 8 by a current mirror comprising 4th and 5th TRs 11, 12. |
