The floor slab for a balcony or loggia is connectable to the main building. A gap (2) is left between the slab (1) and building (2), and can be used for water drainage. The slab is pref. secured to the building via vibratory metal components, and the gap can be covered by a non-sealing, extruded profiled component, or an inserted profiled one. ADVANTAGE - Min. cold bridges, dampness insulation, and easy erection.
