PURPOSE:To obtain a treating agent for muscular disease suitable for muscular diseases, safely and effectively usable free from antigenicity and side effects, comprising blood from which protease is removed or a fractionated substance thereof as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:The title treating agent comprising blood from which protease is removed or a fractionated substance thereof as an active ingredient. The raw material blood is most preferably human blood of individual person. An adsorbent to selectively remove protease is characteristically set in extracorporeal circulation circuit of blood. Leupeptin, pepstatin or calpastatin is preferably cited as an inhibitor used for the absorbent. |
