CONSTITUTION:When a user goes into a shower room, etc., the user is detected by a human body detecting means 16. When the user issues an instruction to a voice input means 17, and instructs 'shower', etc., the voice is inputted to a speech recognizing means 18 through the voice input means 17, divided at every specific frequency through a filter by a voice analyzing means 19, and thereafter, and from a standard pattern registering means 20, a standard pattern is fetched and compared with the divided input signal by a similarity arithmetic means 21. Subsequently, a recognizing signal is outputted to an energizing quantity setting means 24 and a hot water temperature control means 25, hot water is poured from a faucet 13 and a shower 14 or it is stopped by a flow rate control means 12, and the hot water temperature control means 25 executes the control of a temperature of poured hot water. In such a manner, this device is operated only when instructed by the user, and also, the reliability is improved. |
