<p>PURPOSE:To prolong the service life of the process monitor device and to prevent burning on a CRT screen by preventing an unnecessary warning from being generated when an operator is absent. CONSTITUTION:A fault decision part 10 fetches a warning signal outputted from a process data processing part 6 and supplies it to a warning output part 8 and a screen display part 9 when neither an operator absence command nor an operator absence time command is outputted from a CRT input part 11. Further, when the operator absence command and operator absence time command are outputted from a CRT input part 11, the warning signal outputted from the process data processing part 6 is inhibited from being fetched until the warning inhibition period set with the commands ends, thereby quitting supplying the warning signal to the warning output part 8 and screen display part 9. Consequently, the service life of the device can be prolonged and the burning on the screen of the CRT 4 is precluded.</p> |
