Apparatus consisting of three roller sets, each set composed of five parallel rotary rollers distributed in staggered fashion in two levels or planes, the rollers in each plane being mutually separated and the rollers of one plane being partially inserted between the rollers of the other. The rollers of one plane are mounted in a fixed support and those of the other plane in a movable support. The three roller sets are arranged consecutively, with axes in parallel planes running in directions which consecutively form between them 120 degree. <IMAGE>
