PURPOSE:To allow no leakage to occur from a stirring case and assure secure partition by injection-molding a shutter case with edge part and a jet nozzle and forming integrally a stirring case with the shutter case assembled into the former at the time of blow-injecting a main body. CONSTITUTION:A main body consisting of a chemical tank 1, a blower cabinet 3, a stirring case 9, etc., is integrally manufactured by blow-molding. At that time, a shutter case 19 having an edge part 19a and a jet nozzle 19b is formed using an injection molder, and is integrally molded by assembling the shutter case 19 into the stirring case 9 when the main body is blow-molded. Consequently, a shutter frame and other components can securely be assembled and therefore, precise dispensation is possible. Further, the chemical tank is securely separated from the stirring case without leakage and a shutter is accurately installed. |
