PURPOSE:To obtain a detergent composition giving excellent finished whiteness of clothing after repeating washing and wearing comprising an anionic surfactant and respectively a specific nonionic surfactant and fluorescent brightener. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition contains (A) 10-50wt.% anionic surfactant, (B) 0.5-15wt.% nonionic surfactant expressed by formula I (R is alkyl or alkenyl having 6-12C in average or alkylphenyl or alkenylphenyl having alkyl group or alkenyl group of 6-12C in average; n is 2-8 in average) and (C) 0.05-1.0wt.% fluorescent brightener of at least a species selected from compounds expressed by formula II (X is expressed by formula III; Y is expressed by formula IV), formula V (X is expressed by formula III; Y is expressed by formula IV), formula VII (X is expressed by formula VIII; Y is expressed by formula VI), formula IX and formula X. |
