<p>PURPOSE:To perform the control corresponding to security check by constituting an electronic name card having a card like outer shape so as to select the data of a data memory part by the indication from an operation part to display the data related to a user on a display part as a character or image. CONSTITUTION:Data 21 such as the affiliated department and section, number or name of an employee and the face image 22 thereof are displayed on an electronic name card 10. In a case entering the area of a security level 1, all the members can enter the area so far as they have the electronic cards 10. Only a person especially permitted can enter the area of the security level 2 but, in this area, it is insufficient only to check the displayed face image and special check is required. A preliminarily taken fingerprint image can be displayed on the display part 20 of the electronic card 10 by the selection switches 31, 32 of an operation part 30. When a finger is placed on a fingerprint image taking apparatus at an entrance, a fingerprint image is displayed on a monitor and a manager compared the fingerprint image on the electronic card 10 with that on the monitor to judge a previously authorized person.</p> |
