PURPOSE:To hold firmly an end part of a fitting part to a skin material, by a method wherein after arrangement of a fitting member and the skin material within a molding cavity, liquid foamable resin is filled into the cavity and the skin material is deformed so that the end part of the fitting member is wrapped in the skin material with foaming pressure of the foamable resin. CONSTITUTION:A fitting member 16 and skin material 12 are positioned and arranged within a molding cavity 50. Then the cavity 50 is filled with liquid foamable resin 14 and the skin material 12 is pressed and deformed by foaming properties of the foamable resin 14. A foam-molding is molded integrally of the skin material 12, fitting member 16 and foamable resin 14 by curing the foamable resin 14. |
