CONNEXION FOR ELECTROCARDIOLOGICAL SIGNALS SCANNING AND PROCESSING

The connection arrangement solves sensing and processing of signals carrying information about electric field of myocardium. The connection arrangement consists of a hierarchical microcomputer system, where n subordinate computers operate parallelly under control of a central computer. Each of these computers has its own input analogue side, which comprises a system of sensing electrodes, an input amplifier, sampling and memory circuits, analogue multiplexers and analogue-to-digital converters. The central computer, apart from controlling the subordinate computers and parameters of the input part, ensures by means of its peripherals a duplex communication with handling and archiving of the measured data. The electric safety is ensured by a special supply system of supplies supplied across a safety isolating transformer. The whole input analogue part constitutes a floating part supplied by a source of floating voltage. Interconnection of signals of the floating part with the non-floating part is ensured by isolating elements. The solution can be used in medical diagnostics.<IMAGE>
