The invention relates to a container of the pallet box type, essentially constituted on the one hand by a parallelepipedic box made of corrugated cardboard known as an American box. According to the invention, the casings of the end feet are formed in the bottom flaps (2, 2') of the box; the bottom flaps (2, 2') are pre-cut out and pre-folded at the time of cutting out the sheet of corrugated cardboard which will constitute the said container; a feet core, such as the cores 19, 19' and 19'', is constituted by three identical elements called blocks (20, 20' and 20'') connected to each other at their tops by a parallelepipedic element (21), thus assuming the general shape of a comb with three teeth and having a total length equivalent to the width of the box. <IMAGE>
