PURPOSE:To making the power sources of a telemeter device for detecting the grounding of field winding so as to miniaturize it by using the voltage, which is generated between both ends of a detection resistance by the grounding current which flows when the field is grounded, as the power source for the operation of a transmitter. CONSTITUTION:A telemeter device is provided with a voltage control circuit 16, to which the voltage generated between both ends of the detection resistance 8 forming a ground detecting circuit 6 is input and which generates the voltage being controlled to a set value, and a transmitter 17, to which the output of this voltage control circuit 16 is input and which transmits carriers after modulating the frequency of them. And the voltage, which is generated between both ends of a detection resistance 8 by the grounding current 10 which flows when a field winding 4 is grounded, is used as the power for the operation of a transmitter 17. Hereby, there is no necessity of providing a power source for a transmitter separately. |
