<p>PURPOSE:To control air conditioning means, lighting means, visual and acoustic means, vibration means, and aroma generating means so that a sleeping person can get a good sleep by judging the sleeping state on the basis of the output from a piezoelectric element in no contact with and no restraint on the sleeping person. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric element 4 in which a polymer piezoelectric material formed into a thin film and having flexible electrode films adhered on both the surfaces is molded into a tape is internally provided, and a belt is fixed to the surface of a mattress 3 in such a manner that it is situated just under the breast part of a human body in bed. When the piezoelectric element 4 is deformed by the body movement of a sleeping person during sleeping, a voltage is generated from the piezoelectric element 4. In sleep judgment means, a timer takes timing operation in the presence of the output from a comparator, and the timing operation by the timer is stopped and reset in the absence of the output. When the time timed by the timer reaches a predetermined time or more, sleeping state is judged by a judging part. Only when the human body is laid on bed and in quiet state, the sleeping state is judged, and room temperature control is performed by control means.</p> |
