<p>PURPOSE:To operate on odor, bacteria, etc., in chilled gas and to decompose or sterilize them by heat exchanging the flowing chilled gas containing odor, bacteria, etc., of food in a thermal insulation chamber in a chilled gas duct from the chamber with coolant containing ozone of a chilled water tank. CONSTITUTION:A chilled water tank 7 is provided in the lower part of a chilled gas duct 5, a foamer 10 is arranged in the tank 7, the foamer 10 is connected to an ozonizer module 3 via a gas pipe 8, and ozone gas generated in the ozonizer 20 of the module 3 is mixed in a foamed state in the chilled water in the tank 7 from the outlet of the foamer 10. A sprinkling nozzle 9 for injecting to diffuse coolant containing ozone gas in the duct 5 is provided in the duct 5, and ozone water 12 to be supplied and sprinkled to the nozzle 9 is circulated by a chilled water circulation pump 11.</p> |
