PURPOSE:To detach a molding die rapidly by finger touch and shorten time for replacement adjustment significantly providing a constitution in which a clamping mechanism consists of notched spur gears which disengage themselves with the flange part of the molding die, a rack which becomes engaged with the notched spur gear and a drive part which activates the rack to shuttle back and forth. CONSTITUTION:Flange parts 11, 22 are formed on molding dies 1, 2. A detachable clamping mechanism 3 which can be disengaged with the flange parts 11, 22 is provided on frames 4, 5. The clamping mechanism 3 is composed of a notched spur gear 31 installed in a freely rotatable manner, a rack 32 which is engaged with said gear 31 and slides freely and a drive part 33 for activating the rack 32. The clamping mechanism 3 is arranged on the frames 4, 5 and the notched spur gear 31 of said clamping mechanism 3 is allowed to be engaged/disengaged with flange parts 11, 22 formed into the molding dies 1, 2 so that the molding dies 1, 2 can be detached from the frames 4, 5. The clamping mechanism 3 is arranged so that several spots on the flange parts 11, 22 of the molding dies, 1, 2 can be pressed, fixed or the flange parts 11, 22 can be removed all by a single operation. |
