PURPOSE:To improve the yield and productivity of material by holding a primary container by a mold for forming a secondary container, and then welding the secondary container to a nozzle part, and further breaking the container part that comes into the nozzle part during the secondary container molding period for welding thereto. CONSTITUTION:By holding members 6 provided on two upper and lower parts of a mold 5, a cylindrical body 2 is held and, while forming a sealed first container 12, the mold 5 is pulled down as shown by arrow R. Extrusion of the cylindrical body 2 is effected that is successively extruded from a nozzle 1. By holding the first container 12 with the mold 5, a secondary container is formed. To a nozzle 9 set to the mold 5, the second container is welded. By air in the second container wherein pressure rose during the second container molding period, the part of the second container that comes into the nozzle 9 is broken. By air flowed from the inner part of the secondary container 12' to the inner part of the nozzle 9, the broken parts of the secondary container 12-are welded to the inner surface of the nozzle 9, thereby forming a container 20. |
