PURPOSE:To obtain a container so having a clean opening edge as to permit food and drink to be sanitarily filled therethrough by a method wherein a laminated structure is made up of a seal layer consisting of a separable resin having a die releasing ability toward the rear surface of a reseal layer and a heat bondable resin, the seal layer, a polypropylene resin layer, a paper layer and a resin devoid of affinity with the surface of the seal layer and a metal foil is provided in the laminated structure of the seal layer in attachment therewith. CONSTITUTION:After the adhesive bonding of an aluminum foil 2 and an ionomer resin film 3, a printed pattern (m) is provided on the surface of the aluminum foil 2 and a separable resin layer 4 for covering the printed pattern (m) is made from the resin mixture of the nitrocellulose and polyamide resin having die releasing ability toward the polypropylene resin layer and formed into a seal layer indicated by reference numeral 5. The seal layer formed by a method of extrusion coating a paper board 6 and a polyporpylene resin layer 7 are laminated with a separable resin layer 4 with a resin layer 8 formed by extrusion molding a low density polyethylene interposed therebetween to obtain the molded inner seal material. |
