PURPOSE:To deliver information accurately and quickly by synthesizing mail information of a selected mail and mail information of other mail specified in a succeed class designation area in the mail when a specific mail is selected by a called terminal equipment and sending the synthesized information to the called terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:When a terminal equipment 2 makes a mail read request to a mail box 4, a controller 6 retrieves a mail in a storage device 8. When the presence of a succeed class is discriminated, a mail Mb of a class B is read to a mail class management database 9 and the request is sent. The mail class management database 9 retrieves a mail chain managed by a mail class control section 11 to specify the mail Mb of the class B. Moreover, since a class A exists as a succeeding class by the mail Mb, a mail Ma of the class A is specified. The mail class control section 11 returns the content of the two mails to the controller 6. The controller 6 links the contents of the three kinds of the mails. |
