PURPOSE:To enhance the tastiness of drinking liquid without impairing the taste, scent etc. inherent therein by bringing the original drinking liquid into contact with a water quality improver of a common salt encapsulated with a plastic. CONSTITUTION:The objective water quality improvement can be accomplished by bringing (A) the original drinking liquid (e.g. Japanese wine, coffee, black tea) into contact with (B) a water quality improver of a common salt encapsulated with a plastic (pref. heat-resistant one, e.g. fluororesin, polycarbonate). |
