Compounds with the formula (XL): <IMAGE> where: R1 and R2 are chosen independently of each other from a group which includes hydrogen atoms and the group with the formula -OR9; R3 and R4 are chosen independently of each other from a group which includes carbamoyl groups and carboxy groups and lower alkoxycarbonyl groups, and these lower alkoxycarbonyl groups are optionally substituted with a phenyl or benzhydryl group; R5 and R6 both denote hydrogen atoms, or they form an extra carbon-carbon bond between the carbon atoms to which they are bound; R9 denotes a hydrogen atom, a lower alkanoyl group, a benzyl group or a benzoyl group; and R30 denotes an alkyl group or aralkyl group; and also pharmaceutically acceptable salts and esters of these compounds, are valuable intermediate products in the manufacture of medicinal products.
