PURPOSE:To make the title thermal transfer sheet excellent in both adhesion and peeling off properties and free from resolving property of a printed image and greasing by a method wherein adhesion between the thermal transfer sheet and a material to be transferred is specified. CONSTITUTION:Adhesion (g) of an adhesion layer (C) which temporarily adheres a thermal transfer sheet A to a material to be transferred B is made within a range of 300-1500g when a sample of 25mm (width)X55mm (length) is cut off to be measured by a tensile speed of 1800mm/min. with a sliding friction measuring device (HEIDON-14, manufactured by Shinto Science Co. Ltd.). An adhesive is composed of a glass transition temperature pressure sensitive adhesive grain, a high glass transition temperature resin grain, and a wax grain. The glass transition temperature of the pressure sensitive adhesive should be preferably within a range of -90 deg.C to -60 deg.C, and a weight ratio of the pressure sensitive adhesive, the resin grain, and wax should be preferably 3-5 to 1-2.5 to 3-5. |
