PURPOSE:To enhance workability by providing pins engaging the peripheral sections of membrane switches and disposed removably in a mold, a wire material for retaining the pins disposed movably following the removal and installation of the pins and a means of fixing the wire material in tension. CONSTITUTION:A stator 42 is removed from a fixing plate 43 in the state that a top force 10 and a bottom force 11 are opened and pushed down onto an upper face 10a of the top force 10, and a guide pin 16 is removed from a core surface 12 through a wire 41. Then, peripheral sections of membrane switches 15a and 15b are inserted into a ring channel 14 of a guide pin 16, and the stator 42 is pulled upward, and the wire 41 is passed through a channel 44 of the fixing plate 43 and placed on the fixing plate 43. At that time, the guide pin 16 is pulled by the wire 41 and stored and installed in upright position in a recessed section 19 of the core 12. As a result, the membrane switches 15a and 15b are brought into contact with a number of end faces of fixing pins 17 and retained curingly in the given shape at the given interval from the surface of the core 12. Unnecessary stress, therefore, is not applied to provide high workability in installation. |
