PREPARATION:1-Octadecyl-3,3-dimethyl-5-dedecyl-2-methyleneindolenine obtained through p-dodecylphenylhydrazine hydrochloride and 2,3,3-trimethyl-5- dodecylindolenine is dropwise added to a 2-nitroso-1naphthol.ethanol solution, refluxed and cooled.
