PURPOSE:To unitarily control a system by permitting an online terminal to automatize the whole development works of terminal software, which are executed in respective terminals by means of a manual operation. CONSTITUTION:A concentration means 1 inputs a concentration instruction 10 and a transfer request 11 is noticed to a terminal designated from a control computer. Data transfer 12 is executed to a magnetic disk on a control computer-side so as to register data. A distribution means 2 inputs a distribution instruction 20 from the online terminal, notices the distribution instruction to the control computer and data transfer 21 is executed to the magnetic disk device of the designated terminal so as to register data. An application start means 3 inputs an application start instruction 30 and executes an application processing 31. A control information inquiry means 4 inputs a control information inquiry instruction 40, reads terminal control information from the magnetic disk device on a terminal-side, data is transferred 42 to the online terminal to which the instruction is inputted through the control computer and data is displayed on a screen. Thus, the system is unitarily controlled.
