A board for insulation, construction and filling which is a layer board comprising external cladding plates between which there is an internal layer glued to the plates and constituting the core in which there are longitudinal vertical ribs parallel to each other, characterised in that there are at least two parallel rows of vertical ribs (2), situated horizontally one over another in such a way that consecutive vertical ribs (2) of neighbouring rows are shifted in relation to each other, preferably for a constant length, whereas the height of all vertical ribs (2) in a given row is the same and the spaces between vertical ribs (2) and the space next to the edge shifted rib (2) in each row are filled with insulating material (3) whose type depends on the purpose the board is to be used for, whereas in the internal layer of the board situated between the neighbouring rows of vertical ribs (2) there is an additional insulation and shock absorbing layer (4).<IMAGE>
