A cloth rolling machine for winding of material in the form of a strip on cardboard winding cores which are brought to shafts of the roll of yarn which is equipped with a core guiding device during winding, together with a cutting device. The machine is characterized by the fact that it is equipped with a conveyor (5) for winding a cut off end of material on the roll of yarn. The conveyor is composed of shafts (7) with regulated distance and with polyurethane knitted fabric pulled over them (8). The conveyor has a resistance roller (11) equipped with bearings in its arms (10), and ends of the arms are equipped with bearings on the axle (9) of the shaft (7).<IMAGE>
