PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that the conventional flow rate measurement device is individually mounted with a flow rate sensor and a humidity sensor, and accordingly, since a wire harness becomes long and the device is more easily affected by electrical noise, the device cannot measure humidity of suction air with high response and with high precision.SOLUTION: In an air flow meter 1, a flow rate sensor 4 for detecting the flow rate of suction air flowing in an air intake passage 3 of an air intake duct 2 is installed in a flow rate sensor arrangement unit 31 in the middle of a bypass flow passage 9 of a sensor case 7, and a temperature sensor 5 for detecting the temperature of suction air flowing in the air intake passage 3 of the air intake duct 2 is installed in a temperature sensor arrangement unit 32 opened toward the air intake passage 3 of the air intake duct 2, so that since the flow of suction air passing through the flow rate sensor arrangement unit 31 is stabilized, it is possible to measure the flow rate of the air with high response and with high precision. Controllability of an engine can thereby be improved. |
