PURPOSE:To grind multi-laminated thin metallic sheets so as to be cut off while the sheets are prevented from being separated at the cutting surfaces by binding the cutting sections of the laminated thin metallic sheets so as to be held by two sets of fastening means which are provided in spaced relation, via follow plates, and thereby grinding the laminated thin metallic sheets so as to be cut off together with the follow plates at a space between two sets of the fastening means thereafter. CONSTITUTION:When a part of multi-laminated thin metallic sheets 1 is cut off, two follow plates 3 are disposed at the upper and lower sections of the laminated thin metallic sheets 1 at their cutting sections. After the cutting sections of the laminated thin metallic sheet 1 have been bound so as to be held by two sets of fastening means 5 provided in specifically spaced relation via both of the follow plates 3, the laminated thin metallic sheets 1 are ground and cut off together with both of the follow plates 3 by a rotary cutting grinding wheel 11 at a space between two sets of the fastening means 5. |
