PURPOSE:To surely prevent the wiper from adhering to a hand without using a rubber glove by coating or laminating one layer or more of waterproof films on one face of nonwoven cloth. CONSTITUTION:On nonwoven cloth 1 whose base materials are cotton and a staple fiber, a waterproof film 2a consisting of vinyl chloride having a press- contacting performance whose size is the same as the nonwoven cloth is superposed, they are pressurized by a press and the waterproof film 2a is pressed against the nonwoven cloth 1. Subsequently, one piece of waterproof film 2b consisting of vinyl. chloride is superposed thereto and it is cut to the same size as the nonwoven cloth 1 and waterproof film 2a, and three sides of both the superposed waterproof films 2a, 2b are subjected to waterproof adhesion processing. In such a way, the waterproof film 2a of the inside is welded or pressed against the whole face of one face of the nonwoven cloth 1, but as for the waterproof film 2b of the outside, only three sides of four peripheries are stuck to the inside waterproof film 2a, and a bag-like inserting part 3 into which fingers and a hand can be inserted is formed. |
