The present invention relates to a device for cancelling out acoustic noise. The device for cancelling out acoustic noise comprises a first sensor (1) which produces a noisy signal composed of a useful signal and an acoustic noise and a second sensor (2) which produces a reference signal embracing a reference noise, and a secondary signal and also comprises a first adaptive filter (3) receiving the difference of the reference signal and an estimate of the secondary signal so as to produce a noise estimate and a second adaptive filter (4) receiving the difference of the noisy signal and the noise estimate so as to produce the estimate of the secondary signal. <IMAGE> |
