PURPOSE:To improve the moldability and quality by constituting the present method so that an injection mold is fitted with an artificial turf main body made of non- conductive synthetic resin, conductive synthetic resin is injected into a conductive mold cavity and a conductive part and the artificial turf main body are molded in a body on one position or a plurality of the positions. CONSTITUTION:Conductive synthetic resin of an artificial turf main body 1 molded of synthetic resin beforehand is inserted into a thin and slender blind hole 10 of a movable side mold (a) of a mold for injection molding. Then when a movable side mold (a) and stationary side mold (b) are closed together, leg parts 6, 7, 8 each of the artificial turf main body become a state where they are fitted in recessed parts 18, 20, 21 bored into a mold surface 19 of the stationary side mold (b). Then, a head part mold cavity 13 of a conduction part and leg part mold cavity 23 are combined into one through an upper water permeability hole 3 and form a mold cavity 24 for molding of the conductive part. Then, when the conductive synthetic resin is injected into the mold cavity 24 for molding of the conductive part, the molten resin flows into the mold cavity 24 for fixation and the conductive part 25 is molded. At this time, the artificial turf main body 1 and conductive part 25 are fused and formed integrally. |
