PURPOSE:To quickly recognize the necessary time for copying by displaying the number of consecutive copying sheets by a digital display simultaneously with a analogue display and operating a driving means so that marks for which a pointing means corresponds are decreased at every formation of an image while maintaining the contents of the display of the digital display means and making the displays show the initial contents when the copying is finished. CONSTITUTION:The number of times of the consecutive formation of images to an original picture set by a setting means 76 is displayed on the so-called analogue display provided with a dial 100 and an instructing means 101 which can freely move around the dial and simultaneously displayed on the digital display means 102. Then, a control means 140 operates the driving means 110 so that marks for which the pointing means 101 corresponds are decreased while maintaining the contents of the display of the display means 102. When the image formation is carried out the number of times set by the setting means 76, the display means 102 and the display contents of the instruction means 101 by the display means 102 and the driving means 110 are made to be the initial display states. Thus, the set value of the number of consecutive copying sheets, etc. are easily recognized in sense and the operability is improved. |
