PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller capable of performing control that allows for incentives.SOLUTION: A controller 30 for controlling equipment including air-conditioning machines in a building that pays penalty if failed in suppression control targetting at a frist power amount while gains an incentive if succeeded in the suppression control targetting at a second power amount which is lower than the first power amount. The controller 30 includes: a storage part 35 for storing power amount; a reception part 36b for receiving a time zone requested for performing suppression control targetting at the second power amount; an electric energy suppression control part 36c; an excessive control part 36d for performing an excessive control in a prescribed time zone just before the requested time zone; and an acquisition part 36a for acquiring an excessive amount from the first power amount of total usage power amount in each requested time zone of the equipment in the excessive control. |
