PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a checkout system capable of resolving a waiting line of customers so as to reduce load of a clerk and manage the system with low cost.SOLUTION: A commodity code of a purchased commodity and a card code of an adjustment card that are read by a portable terminal device 30 are transmitted to and stored in a store controller 10 as purchase information. A POS register 20 receives purchase information that is matched with a card code of an adjustment card carried by a customer from the store controller 10 and performs adjustment processing by using the purchase information. Therefore, it is not necessary to, for example, print purchase information on a slip, which means a printer is not required. |
