PURPOSE:To securely and effectively capture and exhaust, to the outside, gas involving smoke and odor produced from a burning appliance such as a range table in a kitchen without permitting the gas to be reflected back by a filter or to stay in an air stream reservoir of the lower part of hood, and hence keep indoor air clean in an exhaust hood structure which is disposed above the burning appliance so as to cover the burning appliance and which sucks and captures the gas including smoke and odor from the burning appliances with the actuation of an exhaust fan. CONSTITUTION:There are disposed on the same plane a filter 15 that covers an evacuation outlet 11a and an air flow control plate 16 disposed on the lower side from the foregoing filter 15 to introduce sucked gas to the filter 15. Further, the plane formed with those filter 15 and the air flow control plate 16 is located, traversing slantingly the direction of suction of the gas. |
