PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fruit bag base paper which is excellent in weather resistance and is suitable for growth of fruit.SOLUTION: Fruit bag base paper is obtained by adding 1.2 wt.% or more of a polyamide-epichlorohydrin resin to a weight of pulp (weight of solid content) as a wet paper-strengthening agent, performing papermaking with a paper machine, and drying the pulp using a Yankee dryer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
