PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently search the combination of measures fulfilling a plurality of conditions of object functions under the consideration of a tradeoff relation between each condition and each measure.SOLUTION: A measure selection device 100 includes: a storage device 101 for storing the information of a measure index group, an object function and a function in which a causal relation between the measure index group and the object function is structured; and an arithmetic unit 104 for, when an object function value included in a solution space in the case of applying the measure index value to the function is searched as a measure index value in selection measures in a possible range of each measure index value, and any object function value corresponding to two solution candidate values selected by a predetermined algorithm is not included in the solution space, specifying the object function value which is closer to the solution space, specifying a new solution candidate value by applying a predetermined rule to the solution candidate value corresponding to the object function value, and repeating processing for performing the calculation of the object function value and determination of whether or not the object function value is included in the solution space until the measure index value in selection measures can be specified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
