PURPOSE:To obtain the title food having excellent appearance and texture while preventing whitening of the coated surface of fried food by freezing coated and fried food and defrosting the food once and then re-freezing the food. CONSTITUTION:A coated fried food of wheat flour is frozen and once defrosted and then re-frozen or only coat part is defrosted and then re-frozen to provide the objective food.
