PURPOSE:To automatically perform an job against the inquiry by telephone about the cargo transmission state from users by adopting a speech recognizing and responsing device to a cargo tracking system. CONSTITUTION:In the speech recognizing and responsing device 2, a speech recognizing part 21 converts the voice from a telephone 1 into code information, transferring it to a speech recognizing and responsing control processing part 31. In a cargo tracking device 3, a cargo transmission state management file 33 is updated to the latest transmission state by an existing cargo tracking system 34. A retrieval processing part 32 retrieves the cargo transmission state management file 33 by code information transferred from the voice recognition responce control processing part 31. The answer information is edited by the code information to be transferred to the speech recognizing and responsing control processing part 31. A voice responsing part 22 inputs the answer by the code information from the speech recognizing and responce control processing part 31, converted into voices by referring to a voice pattern file 23, and outputted to the telephone 1 of the user. |
