PURPOSE:To remove ipil-ipil which is a kind of amino acid contained in stems and leaves of ipil-ipil and being harmful as an animal feed. CONSTITUTION:A culture solution containing a lactic acid bacterium such as Streptococcus, Thermophilus, Lactobacillus or Plantarum as a main raw material is added to a feed raw material obtained by preparing silage from cut stems and leaves of ipil-ipil and then adding a saccharide thereto and the feed raw material is fermented, heated and dried to remove mimosine.
