<p>PURPOSE:To provide the image display device which can make natural color display by setting the transmitivity of red, green and blue (R, G, B) colors at the same level. CONSTITUTION:The atomic ratio (N/Si) of a silicon nitride film 7 as a protective film is specified to 1.25 to 1.30, by which the transmitivity of the R, G, B are made at nearly the same level and the transmitivity of the B in particular is improved as compared with the conventional device. Then, the natural color display is executed and the images having the high image quality are obtd. if the image display is executed.</p> |
