PURPOSE:To enable fine and high dense wiring by supporting by means of a basement, a micro-covered conductor, composed of metal or semiconductor atoms formed by polymerization of unit body of the flagellum of a procaryote oriented in one direction in a magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:A spiral filament (flagellin) which is polymerized by unit body of protein of a flagellum of a procaryote is monomerized, and conductive metal or semiconductor atoms are connected to an amino terminal or a carboxyl terminal for constructing its D1 region by meand of a covalent bond or a hydrogen bond. Then, if this flagellin is polymerized through self-assembly to construct the flagellum again, a conductive band is formed on the inner circumference surface of this central hole. Accordingly, scores of micrometer super-micro covered conductor with a diameter of about 20nm are obtained. When this flagellum combined with the conductor band is applied in form of several % solution on a basement and is dried in a magnetic field, each flagellin having the conductive substance is oriented parallel to the direction of the magnetic field, one-dimentional conductor with a super micro pitch can be obtained. |
