PURPOSE:To rapidly stop a high frequency signal outputting an oscillation signal after the indication of the stoppage of the oscillation is performed. CONSTITUTION:High frequency oscillation is performed by an oscillating circuit 26 at the time of being supplied power. A first switching circuit 21 is conducted only when reproducing is indicated by a control signal and power is supplied to the oscillating circuit 26. A second switching circuit 23 is conducted only when the first switching circuit 21 is interrupted and then the stored charge of the power supply line of the oscillation circuit 26 is discharged.
